Fruity Flaxseed Pudding

 ½ cup flaxseeds, dry
 1 cup Almond milk
 ½ cup almonds, soaked and dehydrated
 2 bananas ( ripe)
 2 TBSP frozen orange juice concentrate
 1 apple, cored and sliced
 1 teaspoon psyllium seed powder

Pulse flaxseeds in coffee grinder until very fine.  Whisk into almond milk.  Grind almonds in Cuisinart with "S" blade until fine.  Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well mixed, but keeping apples a bit chunky.  Add flaxseed mixture to processor and pulse a few seconds.  Place in bowl and chill.  It will thicken and makes a great breakfast.
